This
section is equal in importance to the other for a very
simple reason: It treats the plague of the century,
terrorism, very particularly in its relation to the
Middle-East or Islamic groups.
It is a question of determining this phenomenon,
by collecting its several forms and manifestations, of
making it more understandable, drawing up an exhaustive
assessment of its actors: Organizations preaching and
practicing the active militancy by means of violence,
the numerous satellites revolving around Salafi Jihadist Nebula, such as Al Qaeda...
Within this framework, it is no longer a question of
“which is which and who is who” or an operational
synopsis, but rather a return to the doctrinal sources
and risk evaluations.
